Billing and Payments

Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You may cancel your membership at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of your current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the EBC platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the EBC community.
